YS Selector & GP3 (Warsash)

This event will be used by the RYA to Select the 2023/24 Youth Squad.

NOTE: this event is also the 2nd Qualifer for the 2024 World Championships in Brazil (January 2024).

NOTE: There is a strict entry closing date of midnight 4th September; this is at the request of the club. No late entries will be accepted.

NOTE: The new membership period starts on 1st September; please ensure you have completed your membership ahead of the event.

Entrants, Bow Numbers & Tally Numbers: the entrants details have been uploaded to the event page with attached bow numbers to be used at the event. We are aware that some people may be using different boats; please ensure this is displaying the correct Bow Number for the helm.

Membership: the entrant details shows which sailors aren't members; please can this be done asap as sailors cannot sail unless members.

Volunteers: we still have some roles that need to be filled, both on the water and off the water. Please can you use the attached form to sign up: Volunteer Form

Parking: parking MUST be in the Strawberry Field which is behind the club. There will be people on site to help direct you.

Catering on site: coffee, tea and breakfast baps will be available from 9am on Saturday and 8am on Sunday within the club. If parents want lunch, please can this be ordered at the club in the morning. The club is looking to open the bar in the event for us; please support if you can.

Building works: there are some building works going on at the club; please take care when on the site.
